    Nokia has recently announced their new Device called as the successor of N8, The New Nokia N9 has lots of new features as compared with N8 and even have better specifications. And it's an totally revamped device, a little bit different from N8 in size, shape and it's hardware. It sports an 3.9 inch curved glass AMOLED display, 8 megapixel auto focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics.

    So Now Nokia has released some new Promo Videos for N9, which is entitled “The Nokia N9 Seconds: World’s Quickest Ads“.

    They call it World Quickest Ads because there are number of ads and all of them are 25 seconds in duration, so thats why.

Some Interesting Facts About the New Nokia N9

    Here we have brought you some interesting news about the new Nokia N9. As it was recently been announced by Nokia Connection in Singapore. This new Device runs MeeGo OS. It features are really awesome, and it's specifications are as good as it should be. With an 3.9 inch curved glass AMOLED display and , 8 megapixel auto focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics it also works best as an Digital camera.


    Some guys at ShootSpeak has collected some interesting facts about the new Nokia N9 which users should know before buying. And these are really interesting one. So check them out below:
    • There is currently no way to create folders in the main application menu although it may be added later.
    • You can close applications instead of just minimizing them if you swipe from the top of the display instead of the side, although this function has to be enabled first from the settings menu.
    • N9 can play Flash videos in the video player, along with other formats such as MKV up to 720p resolution but it cannot play Flash videos in the web browser due to a lack of Adobe Flash player plugin.
    • The N9 has hardware support for an FM radio but currently there is no software for it, although it can be added later. This is similar to the N900, which too shipped without an FM radio application.
    • There is a possibility that the homescreen will be open-sourced so that its functionality can be increased by adding widgets and stuff.
    • Colin Guiles, Executive VP of Sales for Nokia, said in a meeting with Malaysian journalists that the N9 will be retailing for $600 and $749 for the 16GB and 64GB respectively, although the prices could change later.
    • Games can include the ability to disable the swipe feature to prevent accidentally minimizing the game while playing.
    • The camera architecture is open on the N9, so third-party camera applications and RAW access is possible later on.

Nokia Finally announced the new Nokia N9 [Specification]

    Nokia has now announced their new long awaited Nokia N9 running MeeGo Operating system. This has been announced by Nokia Connection in Singapore. And this is totally revamped device, a little bit different from N8 in size, shape and it's hardware. It sports an 3.9 inch curved glass AMOLED display, 8 megapixel auto focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics. It have loads and loads of features to be yet discovered.


    It have got some real competitive specs as compared with that of iPhone 4 or Galaxy S. According to nokia, the new Nokia N9 also offers “superior antenna performance”. Also it's has been rigged with NFC chip for mobile payments and touch-and-go contact and photo sharing. With an 8 MP camera it's images looks very similar quality to the Carl Zeiss branded camera on the N9. One defect is that the battery life of N9 is slightly smaller (1320mAh vs. 1450mAh).

    The release date and the price of Nokia N9 has not yet been announced.
